Short Courses APES
APES is organising a series of short courses (approximately 4 hours) devoted to methodological topics in empirical microeconomics.
The first three courses will happen in January and March 2023 and will cover the following topics: Marginal effects, Regression discontinuity designs, and Missing data. The first two courses will be delivered by Prof. Marcelo Coca Perraillon, from the University of Colorado, and the third by Prof. Manuel Gomes, from University College London, who are internationally reputed for their expertise on the topics.
The courses will take place online and will be “hands-on”. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. APES welcomes applications from both members and non-members, including empirical microeconomists from other fields besides Health.
